Waqtan offers a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to the following:

Hands and dial
Manufacturing defects in the case and bracelet

Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accidents, or misuse
Water damage, unless the watch is marked as water-resistant

Warranty Claim
Process
To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
Proof of Purchase: Ensure you have the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Description of Issue: Provide a detailed description of the issue, including photos if possible.
Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide a return authorization number and instructions for shipping the watch back to us.
Inspection and Repair: Once we receive the watch, our technicians will inspect it and determine if the issue is covered under warranty. If covered, we will repair or replace the watch at no cost to you. If the issue is not covered, we will provide a repair estimate.

Within Warranty Period: Waqtan will cover the shipping costs for warranty claims within the one-year warranty period.
Outside Warranty Period: Customers are responsible for shipping costs if the warranty period has expired or if the issue is not covered by the warranty.
